The one-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, and clean. I loved the city view, with plenty of natural light coming in during the day. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by various convenience stores and dining options.
Some amenities in the bathroom seemed outdated and could use improvement.

The location is fantastic between train stations.
Finding the apartment was a frustrating experience. We struggled for 2.5 hours with our heavy luggage just to reach the entrance from Umeda Station, as there were no clear signs. Additionally, the lack of onsite staff made it challenging to ask for assistance when we needed it, and having to wait an entire day for an iron was very disappointing.

Family with kids recommend it for short stay
The location is fantastic between train stations made it easy to go everywhere. The apartment was spacious enough for us 4 and well equipped with a kitchenette which was super useful.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable overall.
